Job Summary
The HR Manager would be responsible for managing day-to-day human resource functions in the garments manufacturing unit. The role includes recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll support, statutory compliance, employee relations, training coordination, and maintaining HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Recruit workers, operators, supervisors, and staff as per manpower requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
Employee Records & Administration
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Update HRMS and employee databases.
- Prepare employment letters, confirmations, transfers, and exit documents.
- Payroll Support
- Prepare attendance data for payroll processing.
- Verify overtime, leave deductions, and salary inputs.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts department for timely salary processing.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Maintain leave records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with production departments regarding manpower availability.
Payroll Support
- Prepare attendance data for payroll processing.
- Verify overtime, leave deductions, and salary inputs.
- Coordinate with the Finance/Accounts department for timely salary processing.
Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Maintain healthy industrial relations within the factory.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports.
- Maintain manpower reports, absenteeism reports, and HR MIS.
- Support HR audits and compliance inspections.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and competency)
Pay: ₹35,644.32 - ₹54,661.39 per month
