Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
2. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment data for reporting purposes.
3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective communication strategies for talent acquisition efforts.
4. Support in the creation of MIS reports to evaluate recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various communication channels.
6. Utilize HR analytics to provide insights on recruitment trends and strategies.
7. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and procedures.
