Salary: ₹15,000 per month CTC

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced BMS Operator to monitor, operate, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and industrial facilities. The candidate should have practical knowledge of HVAC systems, fire alarm systems, electrical systems, DG monitoring, and other integrated building services as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS)
- Supervise HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, and utility systems through BMS software
- Identify and troubleshoot system alarms and faults
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for rectification of issues
- Maintain daily operation logs and reports
- Ensure smooth functioning of all building automation systems
- Monitor energy consumption and system performance
- Handle preventive maintenance coordination for BMS-related equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of BMS operations and monitoring systems
- Understanding of HVAC systems, chillers, AHU, FCU, electrical panels, and fire alarm systems
- Basic troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills
- Ability to handle alarms, event logs, and reporting
- Familiarity with building automation software and control systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience as a BMS Operator
- Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to work in shifts if required
Salary
Pay: ₹10,940.76 - ₹15,168.33 per month
