- Setup & Deployment: Unboxing, configuring, and deploying new desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for new hires.
- Maintenance & Repair: Diagnosing hardware failures and replacing components (e.g., RAM, hard drives, batteries).
- Peripherals: Troubleshooting issues with printers, scanners, monitors, and VoIP phones. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Software & System Support
- OS & Applications: Installing, updating, and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software like Microsoft 365 or antivirus programs.
- Patch Management: Rolling out security patches, bug fixes, and software updates to minimize workplace disruption.
- Network Connectivity: Diagnosing VPN, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and DNS issues to ensure stable network access. [1, 2, 3, 4]
User Support & Ticketing
- Incident Response: Responding to support tickets via ServiceNow or Jira, communicating clearly with users to resolve their issues.
- Remote Assistance: Assisting remote/hybrid employees using remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
- User Administration: Managing access rights, resetting passwords, and provisioning accounts in Active Directory. [1, 2, 3]
Asset Management & Documentation
- Inventory Tracking: Keeping an accurate, up-to-date log of all hardware assets, peripherals, and software licenses.
- Procurement: Researching hardware needs, identifying optimal vendors, and working with procurement teams for purchasing.
- Knowledge Base Creation: Documenting complex technical problems and their step-by-step solutions to build an internal knowledge base
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,253.26 per month
