- Welcoming Guest– Welcoming guests and managing check-ins.
- Client management – Managing customer interactions effectively.
- Customer Inquiry Handling – Addressing guest questions and concerns.
- Service Coordination – Arranging requested services with relevant departments.
- Sales Orientation – Driving revenue through targeted sales efforts.
- Communication & Rapport – Building positive relationships with guests.
- Record Maintenance – Keeping client records organized and updated.
- Account Accuracy – Ensuring precise guest account details.
- Guest Recognition – Acknowledging and exceeding return guest expectations.
- Center Updates – Staying informed through regular communication logs.
- Center Hygiene – Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
