Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to drive sales of Sports Turf solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our sports turf products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the sports infrastructure, construction, educational institutions, government, and commercial sectors.
- Promote and sell sports turf solutions to clients, contractors, architects, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and CRM updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience in construction, building materials, sports infrastructure, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of project sales and B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling sports flooring, artificial turf, construction materials, or infrastructure solutions.
- Strong networking and lead generation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Good understanding of tendering and project-based sales.
