Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-spoken, presentable, and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle basic inquiries and guide visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain records of visitors and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling courier packages.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments for scheduling client meetings or walk-ins.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Presentable appearance and polite behavior.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
- Multitasking ability and time management skills.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk role is a plus.
