Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive classroom teaching for Classes 1 to 5
- Create a positive, child-friendly, and activity-based learning environment
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities
- Conduct class assessments and monitor student progress
- Encourage student participation, creativity, and overall development
- Maintain classroom discipline and student well-being
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and academic planning
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory
- B.Ed preferred
- Candidates with specialization in relevant subjects will be preferred
Experience
- 1–5 years of teaching experience preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and subject knowledge may also apply
