We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle visitor records and maintain reception registers.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
- Assist with courier, dispatch, and office administration activities.
- Support HR and Administration teams with day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
- Handle basic documentation and data entry work.
- Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented approach.
- 0–2 years of experience in Front Desk, Reception, Administration, or Customer Service roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹12,822.41 - ₹20,239.16 per month
