Job Role
- Call students/customers for pending EMI or course fee payments
- Send payment reminders through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email
- Convince customers to make timely payments
- Maintain payment and follow-up records in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate with finance and support teams for payment updates
- Achieve monthly recovery targets
- Handle customers politely and professionally
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in recovery, collections, telesales, or customer support preferred
- Ability to handle targets and follow-ups
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
