- Experience: 0–1 year
- Understand what clients need: Talk to clients and understand their business problems and requirements.
- Write requirements: Convert what the client wants into clear documents that developers can understand.
- Create process documents: Prepare flowcharts, workflows, and other documentation showing how a process should work.
- Work with developers: Explain requirements to the development team and clarify their questions.
- Help with testing: Check whether the developed product actually works according to the client's requirements.
- Talk to clients: Give product demos, provide training, and help clients understand how to use the software.
- Help implement the product: Set up system rules and workflows according to each client's needs.
- Provide support: If clients face functional/product-related problems, help them find a solution or escalate the issue.
- Coordinate projects: Work with different teams and make sure tasks are completed on time.
- Track project progress: Keep an eye on deadlines and identify problems or delays.
- Prepare documents: Create reports, release notes, user guides, etc.
- Monitor systems and data: Check whether systems, workflows, and data are working correctly.
- Follow security rules: Make sure company information-security policies are followed.
