We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Executive to manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, attendance management, salary calculations, and employee records maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data.
- Calculate salaries, incentives, overtime, deductions, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for payroll inputs and reconciliations.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payroll issues.
- Generate salary slips and maintain payroll records confidentially.
- Manage full and final settlements for exiting employees.
- Assist during audits and statutory inspections by providing required payroll documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
