Job Summary
Hey Way International is seeking an experienced Export Manager from FMCG Industry to oversee international sales, develop overseas markets, manage distributor relationships, and ensure smooth export operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand export business in international markets.
- Identify and onboard distributors, importers, and overseas clients.
- Achieve export sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage export documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners for timely deliveries.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with international customers.
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of international trade and export procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
