Role Summary:
The Event Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day event operations, coordinating on-site teams and local vendors, and ensuring the absolute smooth execution of events from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Execution: Coordinate actively with local vendors, service providers, and smooth out field operations.
- Crowd & Team Leadership: Lead large group interactions, handle visitor traffic confidently, and support workforce management.
- Local Operations: Maintain healthy relations with local authorities, stakeholders, and swiftly resolve on-ground issues.
- Reporting: Prepare, maintain, and submit daily operational reports as required by management.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Ensure effective, seamless communication across various teams and remote locations.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education: Any Graduate (Any stream).
- Language Requirements (Mandatory): Good English communication skills AND fluency in at least one of the regional languages: Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Key Skills: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; high confidence when managing visitors and large crowds.
- Experience: Prior experience in hospitality, supervision, event operations, customer success, or public relations will be highly preferred.
- Flexibility: Strong willingness to travel and relocate as per business deployment requirements.

Candidates must be comfortable working on-site across any of these targeted operational hubs:
- Tamil Nadu: Salem, Kanchipuram, Thalaivasal, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Uthiyur, Palani, Kolasanahalli, Palacode
- Andhra Pradesh: Chittoor
- Karnataka: Honali, Belgaum
- Maharashtra: Shirshi
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
