Job Discription
- Provide remote technical support to customers
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Participate in testing and evaluation of new product enhancements and versions
- Plan, coordinate, and manage your daily schedule to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Actively participate in systems studies of potential clients and deliver product demonstrations, addressing specific needs and inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or customer support (software)
- Experience in B2B software companies is a plus
- Fresher who has Degree certificate in hand will be also considered.
- Candidate should willing to relocate our office in Kakknad , Kochi .
- Candidates should willing to relocate to GCC countries in later stages
Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
