About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell lithium-ion batteries, EV batteries, solar batteries, energy storage solutions, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing dealer and distributor networks, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and OEM accounts.
- Generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Present battery solutions to industrial, commercial, solar, and EV customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in battery, solar, electrical, automotive, inverter, or industrial product sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for customer meetings.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, energy storage systems, solar solutions, or EV products is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
