We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to manage and optimise our online advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Amazon PPC. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in paid media strategy, and the ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon PPC Optimisation
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Track ACOS, TACOS, keyword performance, and placement optimisation.
- Conduct keyword research and implement negative keywords regularly.
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor daily ad spend across platforms and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities.
3. Google Ads Management
- Plan, create, and optimise Search, Display, and Shopping campaigns.
- Monitor keyword performance, Quality Score, and bidding strategies.
- Analyse campaign metrics to improve ROI and reduce unnecessary spend.
4. Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Strategise and launch campaigns focused on awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Manage creatives, ad sets, targeting, and audience segmentation.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, and audience groups.
5. Strategy & Coordination
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams for better campaign outcomes.
- Recommend new ad strategies, creatives, and audience experiments.
- Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid ads management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Amazon Advertising Console.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills.
- Ability to work with data, numbers, and performance dashboards.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics, attribution, and funnel optimisation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
