Job Title: Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting Builders and Colonisers, explaining our company's software/services, and scheduling product demos for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to Builders and Colonisers from the provided database.
- Introduce and explain the company's products and services.
- Schedule product demos and meetings with interested clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding demo appointments.
- Maintain records of calls and demo schedules in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful demo execution.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good convincing and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: ₹12,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
