Profile Overview - Scholar Coordination & Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Coordinate with multiple departments for smooth process execution and effective query resolution.
- Monitor and track the complete PhD journey of scholars to ensure timely progress and issue resolution.
- Manage admission and submission-related activities while ensuring adherence to defined timelines.
- Maintain regular follow-ups on pending tasks and ensure operational commitments are met within the stipulated timelines.
- Act as a point of coordination between internal teams to streamline communication and operational workflow.
- Support in maintaining process efficiency and enhancing overall scholar experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in operations, coordination, or related domains(Ed tech experience prefered).
- Communication skills with excellent command of English (written and verbal).
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Flexibility to be available during weekends or extended working hours/late-night support whenever business requirements arise.
