- Strong experience of retail is required from Retail stores like Zudio, Pantaloons, Vmart, Vishal Mega Mart, Westside etc.
- Plan and manage seasonal merchandise assortment across categories.
- Analyze sales trends, fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Ensure stock replenishment and optimum inventory levels across stores.
- Coordinate with buying, sourcing, warehouse, and store teams.
- Monitor category-wise sales, margins, sell-through, and stock ageing.
- Prepare MIS reports, stock reports, and weekly performance analysis.
- Execute markdowns, promotions, and stock transfers when required.
- Maintain size ratios and depth planning for stores.
- Work closely with VM (Visual Merchandising) team to maintain brand display standards.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current fashion trends.
- Ensure timely allocation of merchandise based on store performance.
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for delivery timelines and product availability.
- Support launch planning for new collections and seasonal campaigns
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
