JOB BRIEF
To manage supply chain operations, inventory planning, vendor coordination and fulfilments partner performance while ensuring smooth order fulfilment, inventory availability and customer satisfaction. The role will act as the primary point of accountability for operational excellence across supplier partners and fulfilment operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage and monitor daily operational activities related to inventory, fulfilment and supplier coordination.
- Conduct daily and weekly operational reviews with the fulfilment team.
- Monitor Shipping, Returns and Refund SLAs and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
- Track dispatch performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Monitor returns and coordinate corrective actions to reduce return rates.
- Plan inventory replenishment and maintain optimum stock levels across all products.
- Support demand forecasting and sales-based inventory planning.
- Coordinate inventory planning for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely procurement of products and materials.
- Handle purchase planning and vendor follow-ups.
- Manage packaging, box and material vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Analyze customer complaints related to product quality, packaging and delivery experience.
- Recommend improvements in packaging, fulfilment and customer experience processes.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with relevant teams to resolve recurring issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and MIS dashboards.
- Work closely with Business & Ecommerce, Product Development, Content and Finance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist CEO in operational planning, process improvement and business continuity initiatives.
- Prepare and present weekly operational review reports to the CEO and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- This role may require travel of approximately 10–20% of the time, based on business needs, content shoots, events, vendor visits, or team activities
BEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS
· Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
· Knowledge of supply chain and fulfilment operations.
· Experience in vendor and supplier management.
· Hands-on experience in inventory planning and forecasting.
· Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
· Ability to prepare MIS reports, trackers and dashboards.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Understanding of operational KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
· Ecommerce operations experience will be an added advantage.
· ERP or inventory management software knowledge will be an added advantage.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
