We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Office Executive to manage the front desk, welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and visitor records.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and reception registers.
- Handle emails, courier services, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain office documents.
