We are looking for telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.
