We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and results-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding clients’ financial objectives, assessing their needs and preferences, and recommending appropriate financial products and solutions. The role involves building strong, long-term client relationships while contributing to business growth and achieving individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain investment, savings, insurance, and financial planning products clearly and effectively to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, address queries, and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, records, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Keep up to date with financial products, market developments, industry trends, and relevant regulations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and respond to client needs.
- Good sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to explain financial concepts and products in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- Freshers with strong communication, customer-handling, and sales skills may also be considered, depending on the role requirements.
- Knowledge of financial products and basic investment concepts is desirable.
