We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Assistant Manager – Sustainability who will support the organisation in building strong partnerships with corporates, foundations, and individual supporters.
The role focuses on developing strong proposals, engaging stakeholders, communicating impact, and strengthening volunteer engagement to support youth development initiatives.

Research and identify potential CSR donors, foundations, and grant opportunities.

Prepare high-quality proposals, concept notes, and grant applications aligned with donor priorities.

Work closely with program teams to gather data, impact stories, and program insights for proposals.

Ensure timely submission of proposals and compliance with donor requirements.

Support in preparing donor reports and impact summaries.

Build and maintain relationships with CSR teams, foundations, and philanthropic partners.

Support the organisation in developing long-term partnerships with corporate donors.

Coordinate donor meetings, presentations, and engagement activities.

Ensure regular communication and updates with partners.

Create compelling impact narratives, presentations, and donor communication materials.

Work with internal teams to capture success stories, case studies, and program outcomes.

Support fundraising campaigns through content, storytelling, and outreach.

Assist in developing communication materials for donor visibility and engagement.

Design and coordinate corporate volunteering opportunities aligned with program activities.

Manage volunteer registrations, engagement, and feedback.

Work with corporate partners to create meaningful employee volunteering experiences.

Ensure smooth execution of volunteering events and activities.

Support the fundraising team in pipeline development and opportunity tracking.

Maintain donor databases and partnership records.

Track proposal status, donor commitments, and reporting timelines.

Contribute to ideas for innovative fundraising initiatives and campaigns.

Strong proposal writing and storytelling skills.

Good understanding of CSR and social impact ecosystem.

Master’s degree in Social Work / Development Studies / Management / Communications / related field.

3–6 years of experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or donor engagement.

Experience working with NGOs, CSR programs, or foundations preferred.

Familiarity with grant writing and donor reporting will be an advantage.
