Position Overview
Veer Mahindra is looking for a highly energetic and result-oriented Digital Engagement Manager to drive digital lead generation, customer engagement, online reputation management, and social media performance across all Mahindra passenger and commercial vehicle segments.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, automotive retail, CRM management, lead nurturing, content creation, social media management, and campaign execution with a clear focus on generating enquiries, bookings, and retail conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Lead Management
- Monitor and manage leads from all digital platforms including website, Meta, Google, CarDekho, CarWale, Mahindra channels, and third-party portals.
- Ensure 100% lead allocation and timely follow-up through CRM.
- Track lead response time and conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve enquiry-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports.
Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, and emerging digital platforms.
- Plan and execute content calendars for vehicle launches, campaigns, offers, customer deliveries, testimonials, and events.
- Increase followers, engagement rates, and reach across platforms.
- Monitor social media messages, comments, and customer interactions.
Content Creation & Campaign Execution
- Develop creative campaigns for:
- Mahindra 3XO
- Thar Roxx
- Scorpio-N
- XUV700
- Commercial Vehicle Range
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, influencers, and agencies.
- Create engaging reels, videos, stories, customer testimonials, and promotional content.
- Execute festival and seasonal campaigns including Onam, Vishu, Ramadan, Christmas, and New Year.
Online Reputation Management
- Monitor Google Reviews and customer feedback.
- Respond professionally to online reviews and customer queries.
- Improve dealership ratings and customer satisfaction scores.
- Escalate critical complaints to management.
Performance Marketing
- Execute and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum lead generation.
- Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, Reach, Engagement, and ROI.
- Recommend budget allocation strategies based on campaign performance.
Customer Engagement
- Build WhatsApp and SMS engagement campaigns.
- Manage customer databases and reactivation campaigns.
- Drive referral campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
- Promote service camps, exchange melas, and retail events digitally.
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards for:
- Digital Leads
- Bookings
- Retails
- Social Media Growth
- Campaign Performance
- Website Traffic
- Present monthly performance reviews to management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in Digital Marketing, Automotive Marketing, CRM, or Lead Management.
- Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM Systems, and Social Media Management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Preferred Skills
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Video editing skills.
- Photography and content creation experience.
- Knowledge of SEO and website management.
- Experience handling influencers and digital campaigns.
