Position description: Senior Engineer
Fixture designing | Process Flow and Process Costing sheets|PFMEA|Documentation|Low cost automation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Line layout planning is done as per the concept and new project machines costing are arrived at as per the tooling requirement
- Ensuring smooth running of SMED systems to convert as many changeover steps as possible to external performed while the equipment is running and to simplify and streamline the remaining steps
- Optimisation of lines by mixing up available machinery to achieve desired and better results
- Ensure undertaking assembly line and machine conceptualization and installations wrt layout planning and overseeing line breakdowns and troubleshooting during trial runs
- Ensure discussion of fixture concepts preparation of 2D drawings planning and modeling of fixtures
- Ensure and support in Load calculation for crimping pressing forming motor torque and equipment selection wrt load like rotary indexer motors pneumaic cylinders and hydro pneumaic cylinders etc
- Proper adherence of framed work instructions packing standards and customer related documents
- Ensure assembly line machine conceptualization and installations with respect to the layout planning
- Support in planning and execution of process failure mode effects analysis as per plan
- Coordinate for improvements as per PFMEA and updation of necessary documents
- Ensuring all documentation is in place like work instructions making packing standards customer related documents development of manuals PM check sheets related to machine lines and equipment
- Providing necessary documentation for vendor development related to equipments and suppliers for BO selection
- Identification of non value added activities in existing assembly line and forward the same to reporting manager
Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
