Role: HR Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift details.
- Handle salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns and related documentation.
- Generate payroll and attendance reports for management.
- Address employee queries related to payroll and attendance.
- Maintain payroll and attendance records with high accuracy.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Support HR activities and other administrative tasks when required.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Payroll and Attendance Management within the Manufacturing sector.
- Good understanding of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
