About the Role
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and people-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for clinic and healthcare-related positions
- Experience in recruitment for multiple services
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with doctors and management
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding activities
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or clinic hiring will be an added advantage
