Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in electrical circuit design
Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/CATIA/Solid Edge/Creo/Zuken).
Basic understanding of electrical principles and circuit design.
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, SAE). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities :
1) Assist in the design and development of wiring harness systems. Create detailed engineering drawings and schematics using CAD software.
2) Select appropriate materials and components for harnesses, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
3) Participate in the prototyping, testing, and validation of wiring harness designs.
4) Conduct electrical testing to verify harness integrity and performance.
5) Analyse test data and troubleshoot issues to improve designs. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, installation guides, and test reports.
6) Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
7) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure project success. Provide technical support to production teams during the manufacturing process.
8) Ensure all wiring harness designs meet regulatory and safety standards.
9) Stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements in wiring harness design
