Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting residential and commercial properties, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales.
- Generate, identify, and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
- Maintain and regularly update a strong database of prospective clients and property listings.
- Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial real estate projects to potential customers.
- Arrange and conduct site visits, property tours, open houses, and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions; prepare offers, agreements, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely and smooth closure of sales transactions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups and service.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, operations, marketing) to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.
- Submit regular sales performance reports (weekly/monthly) to management.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PG in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage).
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
