We are looking for a skilled and motivated Draftsman cum Site Supervisor to join our team at Himax Arch Studio. This dual-role position offers the opportunity to be involved in both the design and execution phases of architectural projects, ensuring that ideas are translated into reality with precision and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and related software
- Interpret design briefs and ensure technical drawings comply with relevant codes and standards
- Supervise on-site work to ensure that execution aligns with design specifications and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Monitor project progress, maintain daily site reports, and ensure quality control
- Assist in quantity estimation, material follow-ups, and site measurement verification
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a good understanding of architectural detailing
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site supervision practices
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site and manage day-to-day construction activities
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
