We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager in promoting and selling real estate properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the local property market. This role involves developing sales strategies and maintaining client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, and site visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Identify new business opportunities and manage client pipelines.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Follow up and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and after-sales support.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales,
- Strong understanding of real estate regulations, RERA compliance, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentable and professional attitude.
- Ability to work on targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Flexibility to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-Graduate
- Experience working in a real estate advisory or brokerage firm.
- Strong network within the local property market.
