Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Officer (BDO) to drive sales and marketing initiatives in the dairy equipment segment. The role involves managing dealer networks, conducting product demonstrations, and expanding business opportunities across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
This is a field-based position that requires extensive travel within the assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
. Promote and sell industrial and dairy equipment in B2B and B2C markets
. Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, government organizations, private dairies, and key accounts
. Conduct technical product demonstrations for clients and prospects
. Perform market research, analyze industry trends, and identify new business opportunities
. Support the General Manager and Sales Manager in executing regional sales strategies
. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback
. Travel extensively across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Graduation or Diploma in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
Dairy industry
Sales or servicing of milk analyzers or dairy equipment
Languages Required:
English
Telugu
Basic Hindi communication skills
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively
