KRA – Machine Operator
- Operate Injection Molding, Press, Tool & Die, Extrusion, and Corrugation machines.
- Set and operate machines as per production requirements.
- Check machine parameters and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure production as per quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic machine inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Check raw materials, tools, dies, and machine conditions before production.
- Identify machine problems and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
- Minimize rejection, wastage, and production loss.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S.
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Maintain production, quality, and machine records.
- Achieve daily production targets within the planned time.
