We are expanding our EV charging business across India and are looking for skilled, energetic, and passionate professionals to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of AC & DC EV charging stations.
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of EV chargers.
- Troubleshooting electrical, electronic, communication, and software-related faults.
- Installation of charging guns, cables, MCCBs, MCBs, SPDs, energy meters, and electrical panels.
- Testing and commissioning of EV chargers at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve charger faults through onsite and remote support.
- Configure and test OCPP communication, RFID, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, 4G/5G connectivity, and CMS integration.
- Coordinate with customers, OEMs, and internal technical teams.
- Prepare service reports, installation reports, and commissioning documents.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.
- Provide customer training on charger operation and maintenance.
- Travel across India for installation and service assignments.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Electrician/Electronics)
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/E&TC) – Preferred
Experience
- Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)
- 1–5 years experience in:
- EV Chargers
- Electrical Maintenance
- Solar Systems
- UPS
- Industrial Automation
- Electrical Panels
- Power Electronics
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Experience with AC/DC electrical systems.
- Knowledge of multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and electrical testing instruments.
- Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial communication protocols is an advantage.
- Understanding of EV charging standards and OCPP is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
