Preventive Maintenance
Execute daily, weekly, monthly PM schedules for IMMs: Husky, Haitian, Milacron, Toshiba, etc.Check hydraulics, pneumatics, heaters, thermocouples, screws, barrels, and clamping unitsLubricate moving parts, change oil/filters, inspect tie bars and platens
Breakdown Maintenance
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults quicklyRepair/replace valves, pumps, heaters, PLCs, sensors, relays, motorsCoordinate with production to minimize downtime during machine failure
Mould & Auxiliary Equipment
Maintain mould temperature controllers, hopper dryers, chillers, granulators, robotsAssist in mould changeovers, setting, and troubleshootingCheck nozzle alignment, back pressure, and injection parameters
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain logs for PM, breakdowns, spare parts consumptionUpdate machine history cards and SAP/CMMS entriesFollow 5S, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and safety norms
Improvement & Support
Identify recurring issues and suggest Kaizen/TPM improvementsSupport new machine installation and commissioningTrain operators on basic machine care and LOTO procedures
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
