Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Internal Sales Executive to support sales operations, quotation preparation, costing analysis, customer coordination, and order management. The ideal candidate should have experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sales environments and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare customer quotations and techno-commercial proposals based on drawings, specifications, tooling requirements, and commercial terms.
- Perform product costing calculations, including raw materials, machining, tooling, overheads, and pricing analysis.
- Prepare and evaluate subcontractor costing for outsourced manufacturing processes, purchased components, and special treatments.
- Handle customer inquiries, RFQs, and order processing while ensuring timely responses.
- Coordinate with customers and internal departments including production, procurement, and engineering to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor material status, including raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), purchased items, and finished goods.
- Source and coordinate outsourced tools and components from approved vendors.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer requirements to improve order conversion.
- Maintain costing sheets, BOMs, supplier quotations, sales records, and ERP/CRM data.
- Support business growth through cost optimization, vendor development, and customer relationship management.
