Pentium Constructions, a leading real estate and construction company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our residential apartment projects in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and building strong customer relationships to achieve company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for apartment projects
- Handle client enquiries, site visits, and negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers and channel partners
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as Sales Manager in real estate / construction sector
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Perinthalmanna real estate market is an advantage
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
