Position: Brand Manager

About the Role
Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager who can own our brand presence across all digital platforms.You will lead content planning, ad creative ideation, scriptwriting, team coordination , and also be one of the visible faces of the brand across our content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Planning
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar
- Decide what to shoot, when to shoot, and where to shoot
- Develop 30–60 ad creatives every month (concepts + briefs)
- Build effective organic content strategies (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
Creative Direction
- Write scripts, A-rolls, B-rolls, and shot lists
- Direct creators during shoots
- Ensure content aligns with Art Therapy’s calm, healing, creative brand voice On-Camera Involvement
- Be comfortable appearing on camera for brand videos, storytelling & explainers
- Represent the brand in reels, BTS content, events, and product demos
- Maintain a friendly, soothing, relatable on-camera presence
- Help build emotional connection with the Art Therapy community
Team Leadership
- Lead the social media & content team
- Coordinate with video editors for timely content delivery
- Work closely with the founder for brand alignment
- Provide clear creative direction to creators & interns
Brand Building
- Strengthen and maintain brand identity
- Track content performance and optimize ideas
- Bring fresh ideas based on trends & insights
- Maintain consistency across Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest & website
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of social media trends & platforms

- Camera-friendly & confident on-screen
- Strong team leadership & communication abilities
- Ability to plan shoots & direct creators
- Understanding of performance ads is a plus
