Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled CNC Plasma Cutting Programmer and CAD Detailer to support our steel fabrication and PEB projects. The candidate should be capable of preparing fabrication drawings, generating CNC cutting files, and coordinating with production teams.
Responsibilities
Prepare fabrication and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
Create CNC plasma cutting programs from fabrication drawings.
Generate DXF files and nesting layouts for plate cutting.
Prepare material cutting lists and BOM.
Coordinate with workshop and production teams.
Review fabrication drawings for accuracy before production.
Optimize plate utilization and reduce material wastage.
Maintain drawing revisions and production records.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
Experience in CNC Plasma Cutting Programming.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of steel fabrication drawings.
Experience in PEB, structural steel, or industrial fabrication preferred.
Understanding of DXF, nesting software, and CNC machine operations.
