Position: Outdoor Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Job Summary
Girikand Travels Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Outdoor Sales Professional with 7–10 years of experience to drive business growth through corporate sales, client acquisition, and relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting the company's travel products and services across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for travel and tourism services.
- Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Promote domestic and international tour packages, MICE services, air ticketing, visa assistance, and other travel solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal operations and service teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong corporate sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Mumbai.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Good understanding of the travel and tourism industry will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
