Looking for a CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer lifecycle end-to-end — from campaign strategy and execution to experimentation, analytics and retention.
What You’ll Own
Build & manage lifecycle campaigns across Push, In-App, Email, SMS & WhatsApp
Work with CleverTap, MoEngage or similar platforms
Own app/web event tracking, segmentation & instrumentation
Drive A/B testing and lifecycle experiments
Analyze engagement & retention and conduct performance RCA
Work directly with client tech, product teams and founders
You’re a Fit If
4–8 years of hands-on CRM / Lifecycle Marketing experience
Strong experience with CleverTap, MoEngage or similar tools
Comfortable with event tracking, SDKs and integrations
Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
High ownership and comfortable working independently
Bonus: GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer or SQL experience.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
