Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Bookkeeping Assistant to support day-to-day financial and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses.
- Record and reconcile bank transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
- Support monthly account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with external accountants and auditors when required.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Responsible, organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and statutory documentation is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
