Role Purpose
The Corporate Relations & Placement Manager will develop strategic relationships with IT companies, create placement opportunities, execute corporate MOUs, and drive successful student placements across Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers.
- Conduct regular corporate visits across Maharashtra.
- Generate new corporate partnerships and execute MOUs.
- Gather hiring requirements and maintain employer engagement.
- Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and recruitment activities.
- Manage end-to-end placement coordination and ensure successful closures.
- Maintain CRM/reports on visits, partnerships, and placements.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for outreach, partnerships, and placements.
