- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
- Follow up with interested customers to close deals
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and sales reports
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales or backend team for order processing
- Update CRM or Excel sheets with accurate customer data
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Collect feedback from customers and share with management
