Job Overview
We are hiring an energetic and hard-working AC Helper to assist our senior technicians during field visits for AC installation, repair, and routine maintenance. Freshers interested in building a technical career in the HVAC/AC servicing industry are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, servicing, and repair of Split and Window AC units.
- Carry and manage tools, ladders, and equipment to customer locations safely.
- Help with jet-cleaning coils, replacing filters, and clearing drainage pipes. AvaHR
- Prepare and clean up job sites before and after work is completed.
- Support technicians with copper piping work, gas charging, and minor electrical tasks under guidance.
- Maintain safety protocols and take care of company tools and materials.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / ITI in RAC (Refrigeration & AC) preferred.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome (prior helper experience is a plus).
- Basic understanding of hand tools (screwdrivers, spanners, drills).
- Physical fitness and willingness to do field/outdoor work.
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn on the job.
Salary & Perks
