ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Trainee / Executive to join our growing
marketing team. The ideal candidate brings at least one year of hands-on experience across the full
spectrum of digital marketing disciplines and is eager to contribute to 360-degree campaign
execution — from strategy and creation to analysis and optimization. If you are passionate about

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels simultaneously.
▸ Manage Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising on Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign
setup, audience targeting, bidding, and budget optimization.
▸ Drive Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts — on-page, off-page, and technical — to
improve organic rankings and traffic.
▸ Develop and maintain calendars; produce blogs, newsletters, ad copies, and landing page
content aligned with brand guidelines.
▸ Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs using Google Analytics 4, Search Console,
and social media insights.
▸ Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure assets and landing pages are
optimized for conversion.
▸ Conduct competitor research, industry benchmarking, and keyword analysis to identify
growth opportunities.
▸ Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and best
practices.
▸ Support the team in report creation activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
▸ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
▸ Minimum 1 year of demonstrable, hands-on digital marketing experience.
▸ Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or Moz.
▸ Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Business Suite.
▸ Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and data-driven decision-making.
▸ Understanding of website CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) and basic HTML/CSS.
▸ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to craft clear, persuasive
content.
▸ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality.
▸ Creative thinking combined with analytical aptitude — you are equally comfortable with copy
and data.

GOOD TO HAVE
▸ Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification.
▸ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).
▸ Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop).
▸ Exposure to video marketing, YouTube SEO, or podcast promotion.
▸ Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, Marketo).
