EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ years Cerner HIM production support
The offshore HIM Analyst is a single seat carrying Nuance Dragon support volume and document routing during IST hours. The role must escalate ROI and chart-correction issues with appropriate severity (legal record implications).
Provide Cerner HIM and Access HIM support during IST hours.
Triage Document Imaging and RRD tickets.
Provide Nuance Dragon Medical user-level support.
Support E-Signature workflow issues.
Inspect HL7 v2.x MDM messages for document-routing diagnosis.
Recognize ROI and chart-correction issues that carry legal-record implications; escalate to onshore SA.

Cerner HIM Support (required)
Cerner HIM and Access HIM production support. Chart deficiency and completion triage. Coding queue support.
Document Imaging (required)
E-Signature (required)
E-Signature workflow support.
HL7 v2.x MDM (required)
HL7 v2.x MDM message inspection.
MHC Doc Express (preferred)
MHC Doc Express support.
Coding Queue Awareness (preferred)
