Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Relations & Business Development
- Proactively reach out to, build, and maintain a robust network of partner employers, hiring managers, and HR professionals.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new internship and placement opportunities across various industries ( mostly Tech and IT ).
- Coordinate virtual recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, and corporate networking events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employers regarding placement logistics, job postings, and candidate shortlisting.
Operations, Administration & Reporting
- Maintain an up-to-date, secure database of candidate profiles, resumes, and placement outcomes .
- Track and report on key placement metrics, success rates, and average package/salary data.
- Ensure all necessary background checks, compliance documentation, and clearance procedures are completed before candidate placement.
Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, university career services, or corporate relations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding relationship-building and networking skills; ability to easily communicate with both students/candidates and C-level executives.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal presentation skills for conducting workshops and pitch presentations.
